Privacy Policy

Syngenex PM (pm.syngenexsolutions.com) is an internal project-management tool operated by Syngenex Solutions. Access is by invitation only; it is not offered to the general public.

We store only what the tool needs to function:

• Account data — your name, email address, role, and (for password sign-in) a salted password hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google; we never see your Google password.
• Work data — projects, cards, comments, checklists, labels, milestones, and activity history you and your teammates create.
• Commit metadata — for connected repositories: commit messages, author names, timestamps, and links. Repository source code is never accessed or stored.
• Notifications & preferences — in-app notifications addressed to you and your email preferences (digest, reminders, delivery address).

We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or tracking data.

Solely to operate the tool: showing boards and dashboards to authorized team members, sending the emails you have enabled (invitations, password resets, weekly digests, due-date reminders), and linking commits to cards. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway (United States). Transactional email is delivered via Amazon SES. These providers process data only on our behalf.

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in, plus a local-storage entry for your light/dark theme choice. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Access is role-based: you only see the projects you are a member of. Work data is retained while the workspace is active. Deactivated accounts can no longer sign in; an administrator can remove a user entirely. To have your data corrected or deleted, contact the workspace administrator at marketing@pm.syngenexsolutions.com.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be announced to workspace members.
